Pump system

Customer had this pumping system in storage for years , and needed it to be put back into service. The pumps were seized and worn out, the lift cylinders were in need of repair, and the whole unit needed a face lift.

Pump system

PPR installed new pumps and pneumatic control panel. The lift cylinders were repaired, along with all seals replaced. The unit received a new paint job, making it look like a brand new system.

Tank Top Unit

Customer had a tank top unit that had cooked paint inside of the unit, seizing the pump, agitator, and clogging the flame arrestor.

PRP did a deep clean on the entire unit. The pump (lower and air motor), agitator and regulator were rebuilt to a "like-new" condition, and the flame arrestor was reinstalled to make the system both completely functional and safe.

Imperial Pumps

These Graco Imperial pumps were the workhorse for an automotive mix-room for many years. After those years, the pump bowls and imperials were no longer conforming to the standards in which they were built.

The Imperials were rebuilt and remanufactured, making them new again. The entire pump was disassembled and built back up again. We remachined and electopolished the bowls, making sure they were within spec, a new shaft , new collets, bearings, nuts, impellers, and a deep clean was done. The pumps were then pressure tested in a custom pressure testing fixture unique to PRP's lab.

This ARO pump had some critical internal seals fail, causing paint to leak all over the unit, and fail to cause pressure.

The pump was completely disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt. We utilized new diaphragm's, air valve, piston, and all new seals. The pump was tested to ensure that it was properly rebuilt
